Throughout the year, students will learn a variety of map skills. They will study the Regions of the United States: Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Southwest, Midwest, West, Pacific States. They will eventually research a specific region and create a PowerPoint presentation to share with the rest of the class. They will become the expert of their region. We will conclude with a Food Festival where students will taste different foods from different Regions of the United States.
